FundedNext Review ๐Ÿšฉ

The proprietary trading world is a huge market where thousands of firms are competing to attract traders. It is very important to select a reliable prop trading firm which becomes very tricky when there are thousands of different firms available. FundedNext is a prop trading firm with diverse funded options and funded accounts.

fundednext

In this FundedNext review, we are going to closely examine the prop firmโ€™s critical features such as safety, rules, funded options, platforms, assets, support, and more. After reading this review you will be able to decide whether this is your primary prop firm.

๐Ÿ›๏ธSafety & Security of FundedNext

Safety is paramount in prop trading as many scams and frauds are trying to steal traderโ€™s fees and wonโ€™t payout profits. To evaluate the safety of a firm, we took a closer look at the trader reviews for FundedNext.

There are few reviews on the FPA platform. Part of these reviews were recognized to be fake positive reviews left by the employees of the firm. All other comments are super negative and the firm seems to have serious inefficiencies in its services. The firm seems to be very eager to decline payouts. On the Trustpilot, 7% of reviews are 1-star evaluations complaining about similar issues.

As for the experience, the firm has been around since 2022, making it very young with sufficient experience in the industry. To add to the list of red flags, the firm is not partnered with any regulated broker, meaning it offers trading accounts and pricing data. With many traders complaining about price manipulation and the absence of a regulated broker to back the firmโ€™s trades, we can assume that Fundednext is not a reliable and safe prop firm. Stay away!

๐Ÿ“Š Available Assets on FundedNext

Trading asset diversity is also very important in prop trading, especially for multi-asset traders. FundedNext offers access to Forex pairs, cryptos, indices, and commodities and the spreads and commissions are low. While these assets are diverse, there are no stocks or other assets offered at the moment.

As for the FundedNext leverage levels, Step 1 of the stellar account has only 1:30 leverage, and it also improves to 1:100 for the 2nd step. If the firm is really manipulating prices, these good conditions will not cut it for traders.

๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ FundedNext Account Types

FundedNext offers several account types to accommodate traders with diverse trading strategies. These accounts include FundedNext Stellar, Evaluation, Express, and Stellar Lite funded challenge accounts.

fundednext accs

๐Ÿ“Œ FundedNext Stellar funded accounts are divided into 1-step and 2-step evaluation variants. Both of these accounts have the same funding options of 6k, 15k, 25k, 50k, 100k, and 200k USD amounts. There is a 15% profit-sharing right from the challenge phase which seems very attractive, allowing traders to withdraw some tiny portion of their profits during the challenge phase. For the 1-step evaluation, the profit target is 10%, the daily loss limit is 3%, and the maximum drawdown is capped at 6%. The drawdown is based on balance, minimum trading days are 2, and the profit split is 95%. News trading is allowed, and the first reward is granted after 5 days of trading.

For the 2-step stellar challenges, the profit target for the 1st stage is 8% and is reduced to 5% for the 2nd phase. The daily risk limit is higher at 5% and the maximum drawdown is 10%.

๐Ÿ“Œ FundedNext Evaluation is a 2-step account that has funding options of 6k, 15k, 25k, 50k, 100k, and 200k USD amounts. The account has a 15% profit share from the challenge phase, then it is up to 95% for the funded phase. The daily risk limit is 5%, maximum drawdown is set at 10%, and profit targets are 10% for 1st stage and 5% for the 2nd stage. Minimum trading days are 5, news trading is allowed, and there is a monthly first reward.

๐Ÿ“Œ FundedNext Express funded options are divided into two accounts, consistency and non-consistency modes. The funded options are exactly the same as previous accounts with 6k, 15k, 25k, 50k, 100k, and 200k USD amounts. For consistency accounts, trailers can also get a 15% profit-sharing during the evaluation phases. The profit target is 25%, the daily risk limit is 5%, and the maximum drawdown is 10%. There is a minimum trading days rule of at least 10 days, and the profit sharing is 95%. Traders are not allowed to trade during the news.

The non-consistency variation has the same rules but lacks a 200k USD funded option.

๐Ÿ“Œ FundedNext Stellar Lite is the cheapest funded account type in the list. It offers funded options of 5k, 10k, 25k, 50k, and 100k USD amounts. The fee starts from 32 USD for the 5k Stellar Lite account. Stellar lite funded accounts are 2-step funded accounts with profit targets of 8% for the 1st stage, and 4% for the 2nd stage. The daily risk limit is 4% and the maximum drawdown is limited to 8%. The minimum trading days rule is 5 trading days. Profit-split is 95% here also and traders can get the first reward in 21 days. There is no 15% profit-sharing for the evaluation phase here.

Overall, when it comes to funded account diversity, FundedNext offers one of the most diverse and competitive options with its low fees and high profit-sharing percentages.

๐Ÿ’ธ FundedNext trading fees

Low fees are important to allow traders to access challenges and try again cheaply when they fail. This is especially true for beginner traders who are just starting in prop trading and are expected to fail on their first try.

  • 15,000 USD – 119 USD
  • 25,000 USD – 229 USD
  • 50,000 USD – 379 USD
  • 100.000 USD – 699 USD

  • 25,000 USD – 139 USD

Since the firm offers so low fees for funded accounts and attractive account diversity, we can only hope it manages to address all the complaints from traders and improves its safety as soon as possible.

๐Ÿ“ฑ Platforms and Mobile Trading at FundedNext

When it comes to trading platforms, FundedNext provides several advanced platforms. There are MT4, MT5, and cTrader platforms which are among the best trading platforms for Forex and CFDs trading. These platforms have built-in indicators and also support custom indicators and trading robots (EAs, cBots). The firm can not write the names of MT4 and MT5 on its website but the platforms are available for download.

All the platforms offered by FundedNext prop company are also available on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. While mobile app versions lack custom indicators and automated trading robots, these platforms are still among the best mobile platforms out there and allow trading on the go.

๐Ÿ“š Education and research tools offered by FundedNext

Educational content is crucial for beginners and many reliable prop firms offer trading courses to support their trader’s growth. However, FundedNext does not offer educational resources, there are no trading courses, webinars, or video tutorials.

There is a FundedNext blog where the firm offers posts about market news and market recaps periodically. This blog is more like a helping tool for traders to not miss any major news or trend developments but rarely can be used for educational purposes. As a result, traders can only rely on the blog to get the latest market insights but for education, they will have to find materials somewhere else, which is a downside for FundedNext.

Customer support is paramount in prop trading as traders might need some help during trading activities. Prop firms must offer responsive live chat where traders can quickly resolve any issues and avoid difficulties in prop trading.

FundedNext offers advanced live chat support on its website that includes a help center and news center. Here traders can contact support or search quickly for answers to their questions. Messenger and email support are also available and whatโ€™s more important, there is hotline support.
